Argaille A. Di Matteo began writing music, poetry, and stories when she was a child. Her parents inspired Argaille and her sisters to fly as did Hitheranyon’s parents in her first book. Now a retired music educator, Argaille continues to inspire others to fly as a church music director, poet, composer and author of children’s books.

Yvonne M. Greener has felt an artist’s calling since childhood. As a wife, mother, and grandmother, Yvonne’s love of God, family, and children inspires her illustrations. She relied on drawing pencils, charcoals, and oil pastels to help Hitheranyon fly.
